Do you accept returns?

We hope you love your purchase but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have an problems with your order. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery (21 days for non-UK Orders), exceptions apply in the following circumstances;

Sale or Discounted Items

 

Buyers are responsible for return delivery costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value.  Please email us at info@officergeorge.com for details on how to return goods.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to post all items within five working days by Royal Mail 1st Class. For all bulk orders over the value of £40 your order will be posted 1st Class with proof of postage unless otherwise requested. All overseas mail will be posted within five working days by 1st Class air mail. Please contact us for more accurate postage times. We are not responsible for any customs or import charges outside of the EU. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any special postage requests. 

 

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

In the event that a despatched item is delayed or assumed lost in transit we cannot offer to replace or refund until:

- 10 business days after despatch if the item was sent via 'standard' post within the UK

- 20 business days after the despatch if the item was sent via 'Standard' post to the EU and Europe

- 25 business days after the despatch if the item was sent via 'Standard' post to the North America

- 30 business days after the despatch if the item was sent via 'Standard'  post to the rest of the world.

I have a discount code, can I use it on the website? 

Enter your discount code exactly as it appears in the box marked "Voucher Code" on the shopping basket pageIf you change the contents of your basket, the price will be recalculated. Offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without notice by OfficerGeorge.com at any time. OfficerGeorge.com reserves the right to refuse discount codes not obtained directly from the company. OfficerGeorge.com may ask you to provide the source of the code for verification purposes.

 

Contract:

When you place an order to purchase a product from Officergeorge.com, we will send you and email confirming receipt of your order and containing details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted to us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've despatched your order. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Order Shipped email to you. Any products that we have not confirmed in a Order Shipped email to have been despatched do not form part of that contract.
